Technology Solutions for Business.

Accounting Migrations.

Your accounting system is the backbone of your business. Because of that dependency, most off-the-shelf accounting platforms know they can charge a premium. Ten years ago, changing your company’s system of record might’ve been daunting, but with today’s integrated applications, moving to a more affordable solution is not any more difficult than moving house. It just takes a little preparation.

Customized External Portals.

A portal is an outward-facing app, such as a website, that collects or delivers information from leads, customers, or field reps. Portals can be crucial to any nimble organization’s speed and efficiency. Many customers prefer to fill out a form on their own rather than wait in a queue, and their responses can be used to automatically trigger activities such as automated invoicing or sales calls.

Sales Process Management.

CRM is vital to the execution of any sales strategy. Not only will a good system record sales goals for your entire organization, including individual targets by customer or sales rep, it will track real-time progress across a number of dimensions, allowing you to evaluate strategies, motivate staff, and iterate enhancements to stay one step ahead of the competition.

Advanced Operational Metrics.

Key performance indicators (or KPIs) are operational measures of your organization’s output. Often gathered on a dashboard or other easy-to-digest report, they are mission-critical to any successful enterprise. A good CRM system provides immediate and actionable intelligence while also allowing your measures of success to change as you do.

Marketing Automation.

Keeping clients and prospective customers aware of your brand requires ongoing contact. Marketing automation manages your messaging across channels, including multi-functional campaigns such as email, text, and social, and it does so completely automatically, aligning your sales and marketing teams for increased revenue and maximum efficiency.

Third-Party API Integrations.

Although fully integrated CRM platforms are available, it isn’t always possible to bring every business function under the same suite at the same time. Clients and suppliers also maintain their own applications, which is why it’s necessary for your CRM to communicate through an application programming interface (or API), which allows two software platforms to share data securely.

Our Pricing.

Retainer.

Our support services offer the most economic and effective solution for scaling your business. We manage your improvement backlog and work with you to define a monthly roadmap of process improvements. This is a fantastic option for businesses with inexperienced team members or those that just need some guidance as they build core competency with new systems.

Fixed.

For larger projects, especially those requiring migration and testing, we recommend a traditional fixed-scope approach where an agreed-upon block of work will be delivered on schedule within a defined period of time. Depending on the scale of the project, we can often offer significant discounts as well as priority scheduling to ensure timely delivery of the final product.

Hourly.

We know not every growing company can afford to make large commitments up front, and that’s okay! Our hourly consulting option gives your business the same great service but with the flexibility of point-to-point engagement. Pricing will vary depending on the nature of the work but starts at $2,000 per project.
